George Comfort & Sons
Andrew joined George Comfort & Sons in 2001. In his role as Senior Vice President, Asset Management and Operations, which he’s held for over 10 years, he is responsible for monitoring the financial and operating performance of various properties in the company portfolio. This includes directly supervising property staff, leasing, and overseeing planning, budgeting and implementation of capital and operating plans.
Andrew also serves as liaison to joint venture partners and lenders, maintains and administers staffing at headquarters, and develops company organizational strategies. He has in his tenure been involved with multiple closings pertaining to acquisition, recapitalization, refinancing and disposition.
Born and raised in Manhattan, Andrew has always had an interest in the local commercial real estate. He began his career as a Project Manager at New York Economic Development Corp. upon graduating from Trinity College in Hartford, CT with a Bachelors degree in Public Policy.
