Steven W. Ketchabaw

W. Steven Ketchabaw handles a diversity of vital roles, the primary of which include managing assets in Westchester and Fairfield Counties. He is additionally responsible for risk management and utility management for company’s entire portfolio, and is an integral member of the asset management team, accountable for the review of ongoing capital project work.

Prior to his position at George Comfort & Sons, Steven enjoyed a high-profile career in the commercial security integration industry, acting as President and Chief Financial Officer of various major installation companies such as United Technologies’ Otis Elevator division, All Time Detection and Electronics Technologies Corp.

Steven received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Iona College, followed by an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
