Carly Pon

Carly Pon, M.A., is a versatile professional with extensive experience in higher education, fitness instruction, and community relations. Currently serving as the Financial Planning Program Development Manager at George Fox University since April 2025, Carly previously held positions such as Assistant Director of Career Management at Willamette University and Director of Development and Communications at Project PATCH. With a strong background in student affairs and program development, Carly has successfully managed graduate internship programs, supervised student staff, and facilitated career services. Additionally, Carly is a certified Group Ride and R30 instructor at Courthouse Fitness, creating inclusive fitness environments. Carly holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Portland and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from George Fox University.
