Kathy Proctor

Kathy Proctor is a skilled professional with extensive experience in client services, sales, and risk management. Currently serving as Client Services Manager at George Hills since May 2023, Kathy has also held various roles in the past, including Director of Sales at Heringer Estates Family Vineyards & Winery from December 2017 to May 2023 and Subrogation Manager at George Hills Company from November 2011 to December 2016. Additionally, Kathy worked as Risk Manager for the City of Stockton from February 2000 to November 2011. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Investigations/Police Administration from California State University-Sacramento, obtained between 1990 and 1993, Kathy has developed a strong foundation in professional and operational excellence. Currently semi-retired and self-employed since December 2016, Kathy continues to leverage a wealth of expertise in the industry.
