Shawn Anderson

Shawn Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Shawn started their career at Lawrence County Community Action Partnership in 2018 as a Transition Specialist and worked there until 2020. In 2019, they joined Creative Business Solutions as a SECD Workshop Facilitator, where they provided needs-based behavioral and social-emotional and character development workshops to middle and high school students. In 2020, they joined the City of New Castle as the Coordinator of the Community and Economic Development Department, where they were responsible for implementing diversification strategies, policies, and programs to support the city's economic development goals. In 2022, they joined George Junior Republic as the Director of Development. Throughout their career, Shawn has demonstrated skills in program development, strategic planning, grant writing, marketing, and relationship building.

Shawn Anderson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Management from Geneva College. This educational achievement took place between 2017 and 2018.
