John Cicchetti

John Cicchetti, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management and has held multiple roles within the Student Support and Advocacy Center at George Mason University since July 2016. Prior to this, John was the Director of Student Outreach at George Mason University’s College of Humanities and Social Sciences from December 2011 to July 2016. John began a career in higher education at Villanova University as the Coordinator for Residence Management from May 2009 to December 2011. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from George Mason University, a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ursinus College.
