Kaithlyn Kayer

Kaithlyn Kayer, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Project Management and Operations at George Mason University, a role undertaken since 2022, following a position as Director of Human Resources at St. Albans School (D.C.). Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Evans Consulting and as an Associate in the Business Management and Analysis Group at The George Washington University from 2012 to 2020. In various roles, Kaithlyn has provided expertise in project management, organizational development, and human resources support, managing diverse projects and offering generalist support to over 500 employees. Additional experience includes advisory roles to Vice Provosts and the development of programs in entrepreneurial studies. Kaithlyn holds an MA in American Studies from The George Washington University and a BA in Cultural and Historic Preservation from Salve Regina University.
