George Mason University
Kevin Magerr is an accomplished environmental engineer and educator with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as an External Advisor for the Professional Science Master's in Biotechnology and an Adjunct Professor in Environmental Science at Temple University, as well as a Part Time Senior Faculty Advisor at George Mason University, Kevin's expertise includes environmental assessments for NEPA projects across various sectors. A long-term employee of the USEPA, Kevin has held multiple roles since 1980, contributing to significant programs such as the development of the Region's first NPDES Storm Water Program and enforcement case development for compliance with the Clean Water Act. Additionally, Kevin has a background in coaching, having led track teams to state championships. Academic achievements include two master's degrees in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Widener University.
