Phil McDaniel

Phil McDaniel has extensive experience in student involvement and fraternity and sorority life within higher education. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Student Involvement for Fraternity and Sorority Life at George Mason University since June 2012, Phil previously held the position of Coordinator of Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of North Carolina Wilmington from June 2007 to June 2012. Earlier roles include Graduate Assistant for Greek Life at the University of South Carolina from July 2005 to May 2007, as well as serving as Expansion Coordinator and Leadership Consultant for Delta Upsilon International Fraternity from July 2003 to June 2005. Phil holds a Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Central Florida.
