Prior to this role, Jane worked at Nationwide Insurance from 1996 to 2013 in various claims-related capacities, including claims management and training. Additional experience includes serving as a Panelist at Arbitration Forums from 2000 to 2012, a Legal Assistant at Senneff, Kelly, Kimmelman and Beach from 1994 to 1996, and a Claims Specialist at State Farm from 1987 to 1994. Jane Collett holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Information Studies with a focus on Organizational Communication from California State University, Chico, and an Associate's degree in Electronic Technology from Santa Rosa Junior College.
