Brandon Asherian

Mr. Asherian joined George Smith Partners in 2019 and has since been involved with over $2 Billion in transactions. His primary focus has been arranging complex bridge and construction financing solutions for all asset types, as well as permanent financings.

Prior to joining GSP, Brandon worked for the Los Angeles-based investment and development group ESI Ventures. During his time at ESI, Brandon helped launch their co-sponsor platform focused on adaptive reuse projects, which has seen over $1B in total capitalizations.

Brandon received his B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is happily married to his lovely wife Chantal.
