George Street Playhouse
Scott Goldman is an experienced arts management professional with over 18 years in the theater industry. Since August 2005, Goldman has served as General Manager for George Street Playhouse, leading business operations for the Artistic Department and collaborating closely with the Managing Director on various agreements. Prior experience includes roles as Marketing Associate and Producing Associate within the same organization, overseeing social media strategies, contract negotiations, and coordination between departments. Additionally, Goldman is the Foundation Manager for the Laurents / Hatcher Foundation, managing grant submissions and award processes. Previous positions include Producing Artistic Director at Stage Presence, Associate General Manager at What Exit? Theatre, and Summer Stages Director at Brundage Park Playhouse. Education includes a Master's degree in Communications and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from the University of South Florida.

Central New Jersey's preeminent professional theatre. Under the leadership of Artistic Director David Saint, George Street Playhouse is a nationally recognized theatre, presenting an acclaimed mainstage season while providing an artistic home for established and emerging theatre artists. Founded in 1974, the Playhouse has been represented by numerous productions both on and Off Broadway – recent productions include Anne Meara's Down the Garden Paths, the Outer Critics Circle, Drama Desk and Drama League nominated production of The Spitfire Grill and the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winning play Proof by David Auburn which was developed at GSP during the 1999 Next Stage Series of new plays. In addition to its mainstage season, GSP's Touring Theatre features five issue-oriented productions that tours to more than 250 schools in the tri-state area
