Jack McClear

Jack McClear is a seasoned construction professional with a comprehensive background in project engineering, estimation, and energy analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer/Estimator at AUCH Construction since May 2020, Jack's expertise spans multiple roles within the company, including Construction Estimator and Project Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as an Energy Analyst with Be Energy Solutions, where responsibilities involved performing energy audits and creating financial models for various projects. Additionally, Jack has experience as an Assistant Electrician/Project Manager, focusing on electrical system upgrades. Early career development took place at Steele Construction Inc. as an Apprentice to Finished Carpenter, where involvement in construction processes and site management was essential. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Michigan State University, attained in 2021, and a high school diploma in Construction Management from Lake Orion High School.
