Adelle Bish

Adelle Bish is an accomplished academic and professional in Human Resource Management (HRM) with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of Management (HRM) at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University since 2017, Adelle focuses on creating engaging educational environments and conducts research on individual performance and "star" performers. Additionally, Adelle is a Scholar in the George W. Bush Institute Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program since June 2021. Previous positions include roles as Senior Lecturer at Queensland University of Technology, Senior Consultant at The Infohrm Group, Project Manager at the Australian Taxation Office, and General Manager of Human Resources at Tarong Energy. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Human Resource Management from QUT and a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology from The University of Queensland.
