Cullum Clark is the Director of the George W. Bush Institute-SMU Economic Growth Initiative at George W. Bush Presidential Center. Prior to this role, Cullum served as President of Prothro Clark Company and as Founder and President of Cimarron Global Investors. Cullum has also worked at Warburg Pincus as Vice President and at Brown Brothers Harriman as an Analyst and Portfolio Manager. Cullum holds a PhD in Economics from Southern Methodist University, a MA in Political Science and Government from Harvard University, and a BA in History from Yale University.

The George W. Bush Presidential Center is home to the Bush Presidential Library and Museum and the Bush Institute. The Bush Center's 226,000-square-foot building and 15-acre urban park reside on the campus of SMU in Dallas, Texas. President and Mrs. Bush founded the Bush Institute to continue their work expanding freedom at home and around the globe. Built with private donations, the Bush Presidential Library and Museum opened to the public on May 1, 2013.
