Katie Oliverio is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in client success, real estate, and hospitality. Currently serving as Manager of Client Success at Challenger since August 2022 and as a Realtor for Compass since May 2021, Katie holds licenses in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. Previous roles include Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager at Edge Fund Advisors LLC, where Katie achieved licensure as a salesperson and obtained the LEED® Green Associate credential. Katie's experience also features coaching and leadership with the Cardinal Girls Lacrosse Club, along with positions at CBRE and Quadrangle Development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Justice Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Administration from the University of Louisville.
