Nicole Reineke

Nicole Reineke is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as a Distinguished Product Manager at N-able, and as Vice President for the International Society of Service Innovation Professionals (ISSIP). With a strong focus on service innovation, Reineke has also founded and serves as the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of 8thena, which aims to enhance ethical decision-making in technology. Previously, Reineke held significant roles including Senior Vice President of Innovation at Iron Mountain, where a unified product strategy was implemented for a global innovation team, and Senior Distinguished Engineer at Dell Technologies, leading innovation at the crossroads of architecture and experience design.
