Rachel Orey

Rachel Orey is a seasoned professional in election policy and administration, currently serving as the Senior Associate Director of the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) since October 2019, where oversight of the BPC Elections Project, state and federal advocacy, and the Task Force on Elections is a primary focus. Orey's experience includes progression from Policy Analyst to Senior Policy Analyst, where analytical skills were utilized to foster evidence-based policies for free and fair elections. Orey holds a Master of Public Policy and a Certificate in Data Science from The George Washington University, and previous roles include positions at The Brookings Institution and U.S. Senator Kamala Harris' office, enhancing expertise in research, legislative analysis, and public engagement.
