John Carmack

John Carmack is an accomplished civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership within the construction industry. Currently serving as the General Manager at Georgia Bridge and Concrete, LLC since February 2020, John previously held the role of Vice President of the Bridge Division at Baldwin Paving Co., Inc. from January 2016 to February 2020. John’s career also includes significant positions at Sunbelt Structures, Inc. as Chief Estimator, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager, as well as roles at the Georgia Department of Transportation as Area Engineer, Assistant Area Engineer - Construction, and Project Engineer. John earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1989 and 1993.
