Ronald McNeill, MPA

Ronald McNeill, MPA has a strong background in nonprofit and youth development organizations. Ronald most recently served as the President and CEO of the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power and Potential, where they provided leadership and strategic direction. Prior to that, Ronald held the position of Chief Development Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs, overseeing fundraising, government relations, and marketing initiatives. Ronald also worked as the Director of Government Relations at Boys & Girls Clubs of America for five years. Ronald has experience in executive leadership as well, serving as the Executive Director of the Independent College Fund of North Carolina, where they focused on supporting student scholarships and enrichment programs. Earlier in their career, Ronald held various roles at Boys & Girls Clubs, including Director of Operations and Program Director. Their experience spans over 15 years in the nonprofit sector, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, advocacy, and revenue generation.

Ronald McNeill, MPA pursued their education chronologically starting with a Bachelor of Science in Child Development & Family Relations from East Carolina University, which they completed between 1999 and 2005. Later, from 2010 to 2011, they obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from North Carolina Central University. Currently, they are working towards a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Organizational Development & Executive Leadership from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, which they expect to complete between 2021 and 2024.
