Whit Marshall is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment, development, and homebuilding. As Principal Managing Partner at Georgia Capital LLC since 2008, Whit has played a critical role in the private real estate investment and development sector, particularly in residential homebuilding. In addition, Whit has served as Chief Executive Officer of Paran Homes LLC since 2010, focusing on for-sale homebuilding and build-to-rent solutions in Atlanta. Prior to these roles, Whit held positions at Century Partners and Crim & Associates, specializing in land development and brokerage. Whit's early career included playing in the National Football League from 1996 to 2000, culminating with the Atlanta Falcons. Whit earned a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Economics from The University of Georgia between 1991 and 1995.
