Amanda Bisgaard

Amanda Bisgaard serves as the Director of Volunteer Strategy & Engagement at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since June 2021, after previously holding the role of Volunteer Project Manager. Concurrently, Amanda is a Faculty Member at the Georgia Center for Nonprofits, where responsibilities include designing and delivering the Volunteer Management series. Prior experience includes serving as the Nonprofit Services Senior Manager at Hands On Atlanta, where Amanda managed partnerships with food pantries and coordinated volunteer efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. Other significant roles include Sr. Volunteer Services Specialist and Volunteer Services Specialist at the American Red Cross, and an AmeriCorps NCCC FEMA Corps member, focusing on disaster preparedness and volunteer recruitment. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
