As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Stephanie oversees the finance, information technology (IT), facilities/operations, and Human resources (HR) functions. The CFO serves on the leadership team and advises the CEO on matters associated financial strategy and business operations. The CFO leads the financial processes for the Chamber, including short- and long-term financial planning/budgeting, development and implementation of fiscal policies to support the financial health of the Georgia Chamber, and communication of financial information as appropriate throughout the organization. The CFO is maintaining an enterprise-wide view and is responsible for advancing the Chamber’s mission and priorities, through a keen understanding of investor requirements, costs, services, technology, regulations, and fiscal interests.
