Czarina Woods

Czarina Woods has worked in various roles within the Georgia Department of Community Health, starting as a Category Manager in November 2018. Czarina then progressed to become the Deputy Director of Procurement in September 2020 and later became the Director of Procurement in December 2020. In these roles, they were responsible for reviewing and approving requisitions, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, managing human resources, and overseeing the development and management of programs and projects. Prior to working in the Georgia Department of Community Health, they held roles as a Contract Management Specialist and an Associate Category Manager in the Georgia Department of Administrative Services. Czarina also worked as a Contract Specialist III at MARTA and held various roles in the Georgia Department of Human Services, including Contract Compliance Specialist, Procurement Specialist, and Operations Analyst. Czarina Woods began their career as a Program Associate in the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities.

Czarina Woods obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Georgia, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science in Human Services, General at Capella University, completing their degree between 2008 and 2010.
