Marvis has expertise in areas such as managed care, contracts, provider services, contract compliance, resolution, and operations. Marvis has been involved in healthcare industry for over 30 years, beginning their career in 1983 and continuing to work in various positions until the present.

Marvis Butler attended Michigan State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology and Research. They then went on to study at Meharry Medical College, where they obtained a Master's degree in Public Health with a focus on Health Care Administration and Planning.
