Terry Conrad

Terry Conrad, CPA, is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Comptroller for the Georgia Department of Community Health since May 2019, with responsibilities that include overseeing the accounting for the State Health Benefit Plan, Other Post-Employment Benefits, the General Ledger, and financial statements for the department. Prior to this role, Terry worked at the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts from July 2014 to April 2019 as a Senior II Auditor, focusing on state agencies, CAFR, LEAs, and various audits. Terry's earlier career included positions as Assistant Principal of Instruction and Head Counselor at Fulton Science Academy High School and as a Guidance Counselor at Fulton Science Academy Middle School. Terry holds a Master of Accountancy from Kennesaw State University, as well as a Master's in Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Religion from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
