Dawn Lewis

Dawn Lewis, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished Senior Information Technology Project Manager with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently at the Georgia Department of Administrative Services since August 2022, Dawn previously held multiple roles at Zaxby's Franchising LLC from February 2016 to July 2022, including Director of the Project Management Office and Senior Project Manager. Dawn’s project management career began at Total Imaging Inc and included significant responsibilities at TSS Photography International and Giesecke & Devrient America, Inc, where expertise in software implementation and cash management was demonstrated. Dawn also served as Account Manager at Brinks Home Security and participated in the US Army as Electronics Technician Manager, further honing leadership and operational skills. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's in Business Management from Georgia Gwinnett College, complemented by an Associates in Business Administration from Georgia State University Perimeter College.
