Mirna Barker is an experienced education and training professional with a robust background in developing and managing state-wide learning strategies, policies, and programs. Currently retired, Mirna previously served as the Director of Enterprise Learning for the Georgia Department of Administrative Services, overseeing educational programs for state employees. Prior roles include Director of Education and Training at Dearborn Advisors, LLC, and Chief Learning Officer at the Department Of Administrative Services of Georgia, where state-wide procurement learning initiatives were developed. With extensive experience in training and project management across various organizations including Eclipsys Corporation and TDS Healthcare Systems, Mirna holds a Doctorate in Education from The University of Georgia, a Master's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Centro Occidental 'Lisandro Alvarado'.
