Fernando Battle is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in infrastructure management and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs since December 2021, Fernando is responsible for the planning, deployment, and management of both cloud-based and on-premises IT systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Systems Engineer at Floyd County Productions and a Linux Systems Engineer at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, where Fernando specialized in configuring and supporting various system environments, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and maintaining high-end media production suites. Fernando's technical expertise is complemented by formal education in Communication and Media Studies from Morehouse College and certifications in Linux System Administration and Engineering from PacificTech.
