Caroline Knowles

Caroline Knowles is an experienced project manager currently serving at the Georgia Department of Economic Development since May 2023. Previously, Caroline held various roles at Cobb Chamber from June 2021 to May 2023, including Small Business and Entrepreneurship Initiatives Manager and Economic Development Coordinator. Caroline's earlier experience includes a Community Development Intern position at the Cartersville Downtown Development Authority, where Caroline led projects aimed at restructuring the Board of Directors and developing downtown parks. Caroline also contributed as an Honors Colloquium Leader at Florida State University, guiding freshmen students, and as a Disaster Intern at the Florida Housing Coalition, focusing on disaster housing policy. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Political Science from Florida State University, obtained in 2020.
