Len Berg has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they served as a Government Relations Intern at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia. From February to August 2019, they worked as a Policy Fellow at the Southface Institute. In December 2019, Len joined the Georgia Department of Economic Development as a Research Analyst, and later they were promoted to Senior Research Analyst and Assistant Director of Research in July 2021 and July 2023, respectively.
Len Berg attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy.

The Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD) is the state’s sales and marketing arm, the lead agency for attracting new business investment, encouraging the expansion of existing industry and small businesses, align workforce education and training with in-demand jobs, locating new markets for Georgia products, attracting tourists to Georgia, and promoting the state as a destination for arts and location for film, music and digital entertainment projects, as well as planning and mobilizing state resources for economic development.
