Keith Osburn

Keith Osburn, Ed.D, is an experienced educator and technology leader currently serving as the Chief Information Officer and Deputy Superintendent of Technology Services at the Georgia Department of Education since August 2016. Prior to this role, Keith held various positions within the Jeff Davis Board of Education from July 2009 to August 2016, including Technology and Special Programs Director, Title III Coordinator, Title I, Part C - Migrant Coordinator, Gifted Coordinator, and District Media Coordinator. Earlier experience includes ownership of a Linux Solutions Provider from July 2004 to June 2009 and serving as Technology Director at Telfair County Schools from 1998 to 2001. Educational qualifications include an Ed.D in Adult and Career Education from Valdosta State University, a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Georgia Southern University, and a Bachelor's degree in Science Education from Valdosta State University.
