Keith Osburn, Ed.D, is an experienced educator and technology leader currently serving as the Chief Information Officer and Deputy Superintendent of Technology Services at the Georgia Department of Education since August 2016. Educational qualifications include an Ed.D in Adult and Career Education from Valdosta State University, a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Georgia Southern University, and a Bachelor's degree in Science Education from Valdosta State University.
