Dave Raney is a seasoned environmental engineer with extensive experience in both governmental and military sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Engineer at the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) since 2014, Dave previously held various roles, including Principal Environmental Engineer and Senior Environmental Engineer, at the Georgia Environmental Protection Division from 1984 to 2014. Additionally, between 1978 and 1983, Dave served as a Public Works Officer and Contracting Officer in the US Navy. Dave earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville, completing the degree in 1978.
