Jonathan Shaw has over 15 years of experience in technology support and systems administration. Currently serving as a System Administrator at the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority since July 2012, Jonathan maintains critical business systems across divisions and collaborates on technology needs assessments and system upgrades. Prior roles include Helpdesk Representative at S.P. Richards, Technical Support Representative at JETT Communications, and Counter Intelligence Agent at Geek Squad, each involving hardware and software support, troubleshooting, and customer service. Jonathan also possesses formal training in IT certifications from Technet Training Center and Solid Computer Decisions, complemented by an Associate's degree in Graphic Arts from Central Maine Technical College.
