Carolyn Gurney is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of HR at the Georgia Hospital Association since April 2015, where expertise is provided for all HR activities and daily support for HR transactions is offered. Prior to this role, Carolyn held the position of Director, Human Resources Americas at PRGX from April 2010 to February 2015, overseeing 500 employees and managing benefits, compensation, and performance management while implementing HR initiatives. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and a Diploma in HR from the University of Leicester, as well as additional education from Strode College.
