Caylee Noggle currently serves as the President & CEO of the Georgia Hospital Association, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Noggle was the Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Community Health from July 2021 to August 2023 and held various leadership roles in the Office of Governor Brian P. Kemp, including Interim Chief of Staff and Chief Management Officer, from January 2020 to July 2021. Before that, Noggle was the President/EVP/COO/CFO of the Georgia Student Finance Commission from July 2015 to January 2020, overseeing significant student financial aid disbursements. Noggle's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of the Physical and Economic Development Division at the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget and various roles focused on student aid services and academic support. Noggle holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Millikin University and a Master of Arts in College Student Affairs from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

The mission of GHA is to advance the health of individuals and communities by serving as the leading advocate for all Georgia hospitals and health care systems. GHA represents its members before the General Assembly and Congress, as well as state and federal regulatory agencies, and is an allied member of the American Hospital Association.
