Hayden Baillie is currently an Economics Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on analyzing causal relationships related to hospital closures in the U.S. Previous experience includes a Supply Chain Intern role at GXO Logistics, Inc., where efforts contributed to optimizing inbound processes and managing priority shipments. As a Guest Advocate at Big Peach Running Co., customer service and sales skills were developed. Hayden also gained operational experience with Stark RFID during the LIV Golf Tour, assisting in credential production and on-site support. A Public Policy Intern at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation involved researching healthcare acts and leading advocacy efforts with congressional representatives. Earlier roles included coaching tennis at Champ Tennis Academy, where leadership skills were cultivated.
