Jim Pierce

Jim Pierce serves as the Executive Director of Bursar & Treasury Services at Georgia Institute of Technology since November 2004, with a progressive career at the institution including roles as Senior Director and Director of Treasury Services. Prior to this, Jim held the position of Assistant Treasurer & Director of Internal Audit at Crawford & Company, overseeing global financial consulting and audit functions from April 1998 to November 2004. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President - Foreign Exchange & Derivative Risk Manager at Wachovia Bank, managing risk for foreign exchange and derivatives, and roles at Arthur Andersen, including Assistant Vice President - Assistant Audit Manager. Jim holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and a BS in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.
