Karen Everage

Karen Everage is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in program management, education, and business consulting. Currently serving as the Program Manager for the CREATE-X Launch Accelerator at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Karen oversees startup community initiatives and collaborates with various stakeholders. Previously, Karen was a Senior Program Manager at the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs and has extensive experience as a Certified ServSafe Food Safety Trainer with the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. Additionally, Karen held roles as a Restaurant and Small Business Consultant, adjunct faculty member at Kennesaw State University and The Art Institutes, and as the Chief Executive Director of the Toledo Restaurant Training Center, where significant accreditation achievements were made. With a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Lourdes University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from The University of Toledo, Karen combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in culinary arts, hospitality, and fitness training.
