Suzanne Werner

Suzanne Werner is Senior Counsel Global Ventures at The Coca-Cola Company where she manages legal strategy for key acquisitions, investments and partnerships. Suzanne previously served as Litigation Counsel at The Coca-Cola Company, handling complex litigation and arbitration matters including consumer class actions, breach of contract, fraud, patent, copyright, and false advertising. Prior to moving in-house, Suzanne was in private practice with Alston & Bird LLP and King & Spalding LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Wake Forest University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. Suzanne resides in Atlanta with her husband, two children, and a refrigerator full of Coca-Cola products.
