Ricardo ensured regulatory compliance and accuracy in financial operations, and utilized technical platforms for resource allocation and staff scheduling.
In 2019, Ricardo Pena joined HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital as the Director of Business Office/Patient Access. In this role, they spearheaded daily office operations and patient access programs. Ricardo collaborated with the CFO and the shared services center to ensure adherence to financial and operational standards. Ricardo also handled financial spreadsheets, adjustments, and resolved patient, physician, office, and legal concerns. Ricardo managed over four segments using various management tools.
Currently, Ricardo Pena serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Georgia Pines CSB, starting in 2022.
Ricardo Pena obtained a Certification in Patient Administration from the United States Army in 1992. In 1994, they earned a Certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from El Paso Community College. Later, from 2000 to 2004, they attended the University of Phoenix and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Louisiana State University, which is expected to be completed by 2024.
