Jim Wisham PHR has extensive experience in recruitment and operations management. Currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at Georgia Ports Authority since November 2003, Jim has been responsible for enhancing staffing strategies. Previously, Jim held the position of General Foreman in the Shipping & Storage department at Union Camp Corporation from July 1977 to March 1995, where oversight of daily operations in a bag factory was a key responsibility. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Armstrong State University, attending from 1985 to 1996.
