Lindsay Hill

Lindsay Hill is senior vice president of Human Resources for Georgia Power. In this role, she leads Talent Management, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Labor Relations, Health and Well-being Services and HR Delivery for Georgia Power. She also serves on Georgia Power’s management council. Prior to her current position, Hill has served in several Human Resources roles for Southern Company, including vice president of Human Resources at Southern Company Gas, HR director at Georgia Power and as an HR business partner in HR Delivery. In these roles, she was also responsible for leading or supporting the company’s Talent Management, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Labor Relations, Workforce Compliance and HR efforts. In 2001, Hill joined Georgia Power’s sales organization, where she served in multiple roles before moving into HR. In the community, she serves on the board of trustees for the Atlanta Ballet.

Hill holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Valdosta State University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Troy University
