Demetri "Mimi" Ricks has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Demetri "Mimi" started their career as a Talent Coordinator at Nickelodeon in 2008 and then worked as a Producer's Assistant at BET Networks from 2010 to 2011. Demetri "Mimi" then joined TV One as a Talent Coordinator in 2012 and moved on to True Entertainment as a Production Coordinator in 2012-2013.
