Donna Lowry

Donna Lowry is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media and public relations. As the Founder and Owner of Donna Lowry Communications since April 2016, Lowry specializes in writing, producing, and media consulting across various formats. In addition, Lowry serves as the Host and Capitol Correspondent for Georgia Public Broadcasting's Lawmakers since December 2018. Previous roles include Chief Communications Officer for Fulton County Schools and Director of Communications for Cobb County School District, as well as a long tenure as an Education Reporter for WXIA/WATL and other news outlets. Lowry holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University and a BA in Mass Communications from Chatham University.
