Keocia Howard has extensive experience in the media industry, particularly with Georgia Public Broadcasting. Keocia started their career at GPB in 2007 as a Local Productions Intern. Keocia then worked as a Public Relations Intern at The R Agency in 2009 before returning to GPB as an Apprentice for various roles, including Lawmakers Web Video Producer and Georgia Virtual Schools Coordinator. In 2010, Keocia briefly worked as a Production Assistant for CBS Corporation's Swift Justice with Nancy Grace. Keocia then continued their work at GPB, taking on roles such as Producer, Reporter/Production Assistant, and Creative Services Intern. From 2013 to 2014, Keocia served as a Digital Producer for GPB, managing the website for Your Health Matters and handling social media. Their final roles at GPB include Producer, Senior Producer, and currently, Director of Production Services, which they have held since April 2019. Throughout their career, they have produced various shows and projects, including Today in Georgia History and Prime Time Politics.
Keocia Howard attended Georgia State University from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
