Beth Caruso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and customer service. Currently serving as a Team Lead Manager at Georgia Retina, PC since April 2006, Beth oversees daily clinical and office operations for one of the largest retinal surgery and ophthalmology practices in the southeastern United States. Previously, Beth held the position of Call Center Manager and Ophthalmic Technician, managing a team of over ten staff and coordinating scheduling for multiple locations and physicians in the Atlanta metro area. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager and Head Technician at Companion Animal Hospital, where responsibilities spanned technical surgical assistance and front office management. Earlier, Beth owned and operated Wholly Cow, an ice cream store, where key responsibilities included inventory management and customer relations.
