Bill Moore

Bill Moore has extensive experience in information technology and security, holding leadership positions at multiple educational institutions. Currently, Bill serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Georgia Southern University, following a role as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Albany State University. Previous positions include Associate Executive Director at Kennesaw State University, and both Chief Information Security Officer and Systems Manager at Valdosta State University. Bill began an academic career as an Instructor at Wiregrass Georgia Technical College. Bill obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education Administration and a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) from Valdosta State University.
