Jeremy Kopkas

Administrative Director to the Provost at Georgia State University

In the Office of the Provost, Jeremy Kopkas oversees the daily administrative operations of the office including supervision of support personnel, and management of special projects/programs, the student appeal and grievance process, and calendar and travel coordination for the Provost. Jeremy also assists in directing the financial resources of the department, supports the budget planning and staff HR functions for the department and its sub-units, and serves as a primary resource and contact for the Provost’s leadership team, internal and external constituents on the Provost’s behalf.

Jeremy has served as an administrator and faculty member at educational institutions for 19 years. Before arriving at Georgia State, he served as head of the Epistemology Department at the Berlin Brandenburg International School in Germany, where he taught history and coordinated research projects.
