Ryan Maltese is currently the Project Director at Georgia State University. Prior to this, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant with the Office of Student Success, helping to develop and facilitate student success workshops. Ryan also served as an Academic Coach/Advisor for students in the Keep Hope Alive Scholarship program, the Early Alert program and the Coca Cola Scholars program. In addition, Ryan worked with the Office of First Year Programs to assist with New Student Orientation and served as Instructor for the New Student Orientation course (GSU 1010).
Ryan Maltese earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education Policy Studies from Georgia State University, a Master's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from UNC Greensboro, a Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & African-American Studies from Oberlin College.
They work with and Angela Christie - QEP Faculty Director. Their manager is Tim Renick, Executive Director.
